ConnCORP, Elm City Market Set to Deliver over 200 Bags of Groceries for the Women of the Village Food Pantry Thanksgiving Food Distribution

 

New Haven, CT - The Connecticut Community Outreach Revitalization Program (ConnCORP) and Elm City Market announced today the organizations will collaborate and deliver over 200 bags of groceries to be dispensed during the Thanksgiving Food Distribution hosted by Women of the Village Food Pantry, on November 23, 2021. “We are so thankful to have organizations such as ConnCORP and Elm City Market working with us to try to limit the food insecurity in the New Haven area and surrounding towns,” said Andrea Mastracchio, Co-Founder of Women of the Village Food Pantry. “We look forward to collaborating with ConnCORP and Elm City Market on future endeavors also.” The Thanksgiving Food Distribution will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Haven Police Substation, located at 26 Charles St. “Women of the Village Food Pantry has been here for this community for a long time,” said Erik Clemons, CEO of ConnCORP. “It has been their commitment and their continuous work centered on feeding folks in Dixwell and Newhallville that is nothing short of inspirational.
